Robert Lee Farrow Jr.: A Driven Leader Making Waves in Faith, Family, and Community
Robert Lee Farrow Jr. was born on May 6, 1996, in New Haven, Connecticut. From a young age, he stood out as a passionate, purpose-driven leader with a heart for service and community. A proud graduate of King Robinson Middle School and Wilbur Cross High School, Robert later earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Post University.
Whether playing in the King Robinson Jaguar Marching Band or competing in Division II sprint football at Post University, Robert’s dedication and drive were always on display. But his impact goes far beyond athletics and music. For nearly six years, he worked as a daycare assistant, teaching children how to pray, study scripture, and grow in their faith.
Answering his lifelong call to ministry, Robert now serves as a licensed minister at The Kingdom Embassy under the leadership of Bishop Robert L. Middleton. He plays a key role in managing the church’s Media Team, helping create powerful and spirit-led worship experiences every week.
At home, Robert is a devoted husband to Lakayla Farrow and a loving father to their three children. In his spare time, he trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Ronin BJJ and proudly advocates for fathers through the New Haven Healthy Start program.
Most notably, Robert is the founder and CEO of Lions Den Empire—a bold movement created to empower men in their faith, health, purpose, and finances. Built on the core values of honesty, respect, loyalty, trust, and professionalism, the Lions Den exists to transform lives and rebuild communities, one man at a time.
Through every role—husband, father, minister, mentor, and entrepreneur—Robert Farrow Jr. is committed to helping others rise, lead, and live with purpose. His life is a testament to what’s possible when faith meets action.
